About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Director to lead, develop, and manage all aspects of our company’s safety programs. This position plays a critical role in creating a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and promoting safe work practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Create and sustain a strong culture of safety across the organization.
Plan, implement, and manage training programs for managers and employees on:
- Work site safety practices
- Injury and fire prevention
- Correct handling of chemicals, toxins, and equipment
- Other safety-related procedures
- Ensure organizational compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety regulations.
Maintain Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), accident records, inspection logs, and related safety tracking reports.
Inspections, Reporting & Incident Management
Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (preferred).
Experience in safety management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable safety standards.
Proven experience conducting safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as CSP, CHST, OSHA 30/500, or equivalent (preferred).
