Duties

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards related to construction management, occupational health, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) practices.
Lead risk management initiatives by assessing project risks and recommending effective mitigation strategies to minimize incidents.
Manage workers' compensation processes, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with legal obligations.
Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics, incident reports, and compliance documentation efficiently.
Provide training sessions on OSHA regulations, construction site safety procedures, and emergency response protocols to all personnel.
Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure ongoing compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), construction standards, and safety best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
Demonstrated expertise in risk management, occupational health, OSHA regulations, and compliance management.
Familiarity with NEC standards, workers' compensation procedures, and EHS principles within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using construction management software for safety tracking and reporting purposes.
Strong knowledge of construction site experience including hazard identification and mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams and coordinate with stakeholders on safety initiatives.
