We are expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with our team.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience.

This role is ideal for someone with medical office experience—and even better for a Medical Assistant (MA) who enjoys both administrative and occasional clinical support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check-in/check-out patients with professionalism and efficiency
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars
Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments
Maintain accurate patient records in eClinicalWorks (eCW experience preferred)
Assist with patient flow and communication between providers and staff
Handle front desk operations including scanning, faxing, and documentation
Support clinic operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace

(For MA candidates):

Assist with rooming patients, vitals, and basic clinical tasks as needed
Support providers during high-volume periods

Qualifications

Required:

1+ year of front desk or medical office experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred:

Medical Assistant (MA) certification or experience
Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Knowledge of insurance verification and billing basics
Experience in wellness, primary care, or specialty clinics
