Responsibilities:

Lead team to conduct equipment and system training on an as needed basis for new and existing associates

Track and assist in new hire communications, roundtable discussions and the evaluation process until associate is qualified
Assist with administration of training management system to include: recording, auditing, and conducting training
Assist with the development and implementation of training materials and programs
Observe and check in with new hires to ensure acclimation to equipment within environment
Manage a team of hourly trainers (one on each shift)
Lead safety committee and drive safety initiatives across plants
Manage master document system for operational work instructions, SOPs, and job hazard analysis
Work with production equipment manufacturers to ensure processes and reflect recommended operating procedures
Work with production systems manufacturers to combine provided training materials into training
25% travel to other locations
Other duties as assigned
Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
