Job Overview:
As a valued member of our team, you'll:

Provide treatment visits to clients in their homes or within Senior Living Communities.
Implement treatment plans established by the physical therapist, delivering interventions and home exercise programs.
Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions and modalities, fostering excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

A current Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA license in the State of Minnesota.
A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment.
