Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team! Our client is an airbnb company in the south loop. Your responsibility is to flip units from check out time to check in (10:30am-6pm typical workday). The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Flexible schedule allowed. Must be available to start this weekend.

Paid every Wednesday.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
Clean restrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
Change bed linens
Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing (linens, towels, etc.)
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes

Requirements

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation or ability to commute reliably to the work location
Prior experience in cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory
A positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
