Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our documentation meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves conducting performing audits, and implementing quality management systems to enhance documentation.

Duties

Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality and manufacturing processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and results in accordance with CMS guidelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance in home health setting.
Familiarity with Axxes documentation software.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality inspection tasks.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
