Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at CCCHC. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver quality care and advance community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee clinical trials from initiation to completion.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records throughout the study.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient recruitment and retention.
Analyze data collected during trials and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Manage documentation related to clinical research activities, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Assist in training staff on clinical trial protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in clinical research preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in data management and statistical software applications.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and team members.
