We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Duties

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers and refrigeration units.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in heating and cooling equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts.
Execute equipment repairs and replacements as needed.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.

Skills

Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC field.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Familiarity with welding techniques for equipment repair.
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation effectively.
Experience with refrigerate systems is highly desirable.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van operation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: $25.12 - $30.00 per hour
