We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in need. Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring client safety at all times.
Engage clients in recreational activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while caring for clients' personal information.

Qualifications

Experience in memory care, home health, hospice care, or senior care is preferred.
Knowledge of first aid principles and ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
Familiarity with patient care techniques for individuals with disabilities or autism is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
