Appointments are only useful when clients know when to show up, what to expect, and what happens if plans change.

The Appointment Support Coordinator handles that communication for people connecting with our health-benefits team. You will book consultations, confirm times, respond to scheduling questions, update appointment details, and reconnect when an appointment needs to be moved or completed.

The role has three priorities:

Accurate calendar. Clear communication. Reliable follow-up.

You will learn the systems and process behind the appointments. If you are organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating by phone and message, you can build the rest from there.

Qualifications

No prior experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Comfortable working with clients in a professional office environment
Basic computer proficiency

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
