Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Project Assistant in the Industrial Hygiene and Safety Department. The role is located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting industrial hygiene and safety projects, assisting with environmental health and safety (EHS) tasks, conducting occupational health assessments, and performing analytical tasks. The individual will help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and support communication efforts related to project activities.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skills
• Analytical skills for data assessment and project support
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
• Experience in industrial hygiene or safety field is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit
• Equipment calibration and inventory management
• Must be organized and pay attention to detail.
