We are looking for a Buser to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff. Responsibilities include removing used dishes and utensils, setting tables and serving food orders. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you.
We are looking to fill the following shifts beginning January 30, 2025:
- SATURDAY & SUNDAY - 8:30AM - 2:45PM +/-
Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by maintaining a clean dining room and when needed, assist in serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils, clean all tables, chairs, floors and reset tables
- Assist servers in delivering food from the kitchen to customers’ rapidly and accurately
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards
- Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
Skills
- Experience as a Food Expeditor or similar entry-level role in a restaurant preferred
- Understanding of personal hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand/walk for long hours
- Availability to work weekends
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
