Renew Youth is proud to have a 26-year history of providing cutting edge, prescription-based hormone replacement therapy and other healthy aging solutions to clients on a nationwide basis via our growing network of physicians, pharmacies, and lab facilities.
POSITION AVAILABLE: HEALTH CONSULTANT
Our Health Consultant function as caseworkers for our clients, overseeing the formulation and execution of their treatment programs.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualities:
- A penchant for engaging people in conversation over the phone, and excellent communication skills. This position requires a great deal of phone work; excellent phone skills are a must.
- A motivated, self-starting approach to work, combined with a commitment to helping people and a talent for problem-solving.
- Outstanding customer service skills, and an ability to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with clients, doctors, and pharmacists over the phone.
- An analytical mind, and a willingness to study and learn our protocols. A background in pharmacy or healthcare is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail. Our Health Consultants work with lab results, dosages for medications, and chart management on a day-to-day basis. Accuracy is critical.
- An ability to communicate well in writing. Our Health Advocates document client progress on a daily basis, with frequent correspondence in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills, and a talent for identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- An ability to nurture client relationships to ensure they are satisfied with their treatment, and receiving the level of attention and service to which they are accustomed.
- Must have 3+ years of customer service experience, and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
