This is an in-office role reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and is an hourly position.

Position Summary
As the Craft Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent in the electrical field while supporting and promoting site safety initiatives. Your unique blend of recruiting expertise and site safety knowledge will play a pivotal role in driving our workforce success and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Onboarding:
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit skilled electrical craft professionals, including electricians, future apprentices, and other trades.
- Maintain our relationships with trade schools and industry networks to source candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
- Site Safety Collaboration:
- Partner with safety teams to ensure compliance with safety standards during recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Incorporate safety culture into candidate evaluations and onboarding orientations.
- Advocate for safe work practices and help educate new hires on site safety expectations.
- Workforce Planning:
- Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates to meet staffing demands.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote Atlantic Electric, LLC as an employer of choice through job fairs, and industry events.
- Highlight the company’s commitment to safety and employee well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in electrical construction safety (e.g., OSHA certifications or site safety training) OR hands-on field experience in electrical construction.
- Proven understanding of electrical craft roles, terminology, and jobsite requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within the construction or electrical industry.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in using digital tools to manage candidate pipelines.
