Responsibilities:
- Provide driving instruction to students in both classroom and behind-the-wheel settings
- Teach students the rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and safe driving practices
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of adult learners
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, addressing their questions and concerns
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience working with students or in adult education is preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to educate and engage students in a classroom setting
- Patience and understanding when working with students of varying skill levels
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Note: Prior experience as a driving instructor is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications.
